Dakota has been a licensed NH realtor since 2015. Quite familiar with the seacoast, she has lived her entire life in New Hampshire. She is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire where she got her bachelor's degree in sociology and justice studies, along with a minor in psychology.

Recently a homeowner herself, she resides in Hampton with her husband and fur children. Although she loves to travel and visit new places, the seacoast will always be home to her and she could not imagine living anywhere else.

Real estate was a natural fit for her, loving having every day be as different as the next with its own challenges, successes, and learning experiences. She got into this career knowing that there is so much more to it besides finding unique properties and negotiating-it's about helping others find their happiness.

She has always had a passion for helping others, which is evidenced by her involvement at One Sky Futures, the SPCA, and Survivor Tails Animal Rescue. Being there, she has learned a great deal about patience, working with others, and communicating effectively in order to be a successful advocate and support system.

You will find that with Dakota's knowledge of seacoast towns, organization, and network of local professionals, she is fully committed to providing a noticeably higher level of service that will make your real estate experience as easy and as stress-free as possible!

So whether you are looking to buy or sell, or know someone who is thinking of buying or selling, please give her the opportunity to guide you through the process. She looks forward to helping you with your next move!
