RE/MAX Shoreline’s Philanthropic Giving Program Breaks Virtual Barriers in 2020!
Portland, ME and Portsmouth, NH – RE/MAX Shoreline announced today that RE/MAX Shoreline-sponsored virtual and outdoor events raised over $168,000 for Maine and New Hampshire nonprofits in 2020.
Derrick Buckspan, Broker/Owner of RE/MAX Shoreline stated, “We are incredibly grateful to have been able to participate in these terrific fundraising efforts this past year. Many community nonprofits broke through the obstacles presented by the pandemic to meet or exceed their previous fundraising goals. It was a lot of heavy lifting, and they got it done with creativity and tenacity to meet the needs of their cause. We’ve had the privilege of supporting some truly incredible organizations. We also want to publicly thank all of the volunteers in the Realtor organization with extra thanks to the Seacoast Board of Realtors, the Greater Portland Board of Realtors, the New Hampshire Association of Realtors and the Maine Association of Realtors. We are so proud and thankful for this work in our industry at this time.”
Rachel Reed, Co-owner and COO of RE/MAX Shoreline, remarked, “It has been very gratifying to rally behind these organizations that are fulfilling such important community needs during these challenging times for so many. ”
