2022 Awards Night Highlights a Year of Growth and High Performance for RE/MAX Shoreline

Tonight is awards night at RE/MAX Shoreline, and our agency met many milestones in 2022 as our 80 agents navigated the real estate market for nearly 900 clients.

RE/MAX Shoreline was named 2022’S Outstanding Brokerage of the Year in Maine by RE/MAX LLC. In 2022, RE/MAX ranked in the top two residential real estate brands in both Maine and New Hampshire for sales volume. RE/MAX Shoreline crossed the milestone of $2 billion in real estate purchases and sales during 2022, less than seven years since its establishment.

A record number of RE/MAX Shoreline’s agents reached recognized volume thresholds in 2022: 

• Liz Levey-Pruyn’s Seacoast Dwellings Team achieved Diamond level production.

• Harper Lee Collins achieved Chairman’s Club production.

• The Buckspan Deering Team achieved Chairman’s Club production.

• The Ranello Group and Portland Maine Living teams were each recognized for Platinum level production.

• Marcel Bartley, Erin Finley, Peter Hawkes, Nick Guerrette, Jim Mills, Glenn Thibodeau, Crystal Tropeano, and Andy Yau have each been recognized for Platinum level production. 

• Debra Bateman, Jeremy Bennett, Tim Cheney, Ann Cummings, Jodi Federle, Patti Fortier, Terri Golter, Pam Gray, Steve Gray, Lauren Kane McDermott, Alex Kappleman, Jane Leonard, Dawn Marston, John Robinson, Mike Rudolph, Scott Sheppard, Karen Thompson, and Kathy Walsh each achieved 100% Club production.

• The Donald & Lord Team and Team Paladino each achieved Executive Club production.

• Dakota Bockus, Suzanne Butcofski, Collette Conley, Richie Garrett, Jane James, Scott Kerr, Shawn King, Glenn Martin, Mary McAleney, Pam Sweret, and Sara Treacy each achieved Executive Club production.

Additionally, Cricket Grobe, Director of Operations was recognized as the top RE/MAX Manager in Maine by RE/MAX LLC.
